Corporate Banking Business Manager - Associate

Job responsibilities Influence strategic agenda and deliverables for Corporate Banking Latin America leadership and senior Finance & Business Management (F&BM) management. Gather, analyze and present data and findings to facilitate decision making and business progressionCoordinate financial management including: pipeline oversight and projections, forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reconciliation and expense managementAnalyze the market position to develop growth strategies for Treasury Services, Corporate Finance, Markets, Securities Services and other wholesale banking productsCollaborate across product partners, sales teams and business managers to identify client opportunities to help execute business plansCoordination of the client agenda – client selection and coverage, prioritization, relationship status, growth opportunities, and performance metricsInfluence production of financial reporting and ad hoc financial analytics and data modelingAct as trusted advisor and counterweight to Corporate Banking North America bankersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 6+ years of relevant financial services industry experience, ideally coupled with financial and business management experienceStrong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize and articulate results to a diverse audience. Knowledge of banking and payments products is a plusTeam oriented and flexible, with an ability to take ownership over projects and proactively move them forwardStructuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysis. Understanding of business drivers and modelingExcellent oral and written communication skillsProfessionalism, sensitivity, discretion and sound decision-making skills with the ability to interact with senior executivesRobust Excel and PowerPoint skills requiredFluent in English, Portuguese is a plus
