YOUR MISSION
MURAL is looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Buenos Aires. As a CRM analyst, you will be the Salesforce expert who will optimize on CRM processes and ensure we maintain top:notch Salesforce processes.
As part of this role, you will:
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of leads, opportunities and KPIs in our CRM, Salesforce (SFDC)
Create and maintain best:in:class dashboards in SFDC, to ensure Leadership is able to understand our sales process and forecast with accuracy
Keep yourself up:to:date with Salesforce best practices in terms of integrations, reporting, apps in the marketplace, etc: become the SFDC expert inside the company and own the tool end to end
Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation
Become a critical source of input for our Sales Enablement trainings, by providing feedback on what are the key areas for development of reps
Flag and update records where we are not meeting our high standards of exhaustiveness

The top candidate will have:
Strong understanding of current CRM best practices, trends and technical background on salesforce products.
Experience managing and optimizing Salesforce processes
A strong IT, analytics background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Native level spoken and written english
A quick learner and fast on your feet
Incredibly organized and detailed oriented
A good sense of humor
A clear communicator and a sense of urgency to get the job done
Ideally...
You have a broad range of experience in Salesforce including hands:on experience administering Salesforce and related tools
You are Salesforce certified
You have experience in the Software/SaaS industry
You have worked with remote collaboration software
