Support is via ticketing system and a live chat and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Support will be in Spanish & English, applicants need to speak both languages.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, live chat and other service methodsProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive informationFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesSupport other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requestsManage complaints by providing solutions and options within the time limits and following up to ensure resolutionGo the extra mile to engage customers Requirements: Customer Service experience is not required, however can be beneficial if candidate has previous financial industry experienceCollege degree or aboveNative Spanish, and advanced English speakerHigh level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spiritAbility to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectationPassionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shiftsPassionate about the crypto industry Working at Binance • Be a part of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow and offers excellent career development opportunities
