Full Stack Developer

OVERVIEW Responsible for implementing the front:end logic that defines the behavior of the visual elements of a web application. It is also responsible for connecting this with the services that reside on the back:end.

The Developer is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. He/She will work in both front:end and back:end to build all client:side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server:side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the platform.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Build products aligned to help our clients succeed.
Contribute to each step of the product development process from ideation to implementation to release, including rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, and driving solutions to be implemented using DevOps best practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery
Analyze a large amount of activity data to drive the insight of user behavior and the best way to identify relevant data and convert it into information aligned with business decision making.
Think creatively to solve the user problem with a holistic and simple product solution.
Run experiments on new and existing features. Ability to learn new technologies and influence the team and leadership to constantly implement modern solutions.
REQUIREMENTS

Technical

Demonstrated experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular or React
Soft skills

Ability to work in virtual teams
Experience

Hands:on technical experience coding, testing, and documenting.
Experience in Node.js and non:relational database (MongoDB)
Experience as a developer with ruby and ruby's framework on rails.
Git management and versioning software.
Experience in cloud management (Amazon).
Experience in javascript frameworks front end: AngularJS, REACT.
Experience in relational database management
