Role & Responsibilities Design and manage the Retail strategy for the region: promotions and campaigns, beside POS communication. Manage the establishment of the product/service launch calendar by analyzing inventories, flooring, new and stablished channels. Manage strategies to enhance sell out, and achieve strategic product expansion. Overseeing the optimization and knowledge of the sales force in the region, followed by plans to improve the efficiency of the sales force.
