The successful candidate will be responsible for growth of this company on the SEA (South East Asia) and LATAM markets. Position: Growth Strategist Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, preferably in SEA (South East Asia) or LATAM region Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available) Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and deploy plans according to the marketing strategies in order to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to SEO, Monetization and Conversion Growth hack Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities Manage a team of SEO copywriters and Inbound marketing Work closely with the Performance, Product, Data, and Business Development team to develop Go-to-Market plans for new initiatives Frequently monitor key performance metrics and competitors to propose timely action plans Propose new marketing initiatives via market research and business analysis Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and online advertising REQUIREMENTS: Excellent command of English, Spanish or Vietnamese language 3+ years relevant work experience with SEO, integrated marketing campaigns and product marketing with at least 1 year of experience in similar roles Experience on the SEA (South East Asia) and LATAM markets Experience in management or coordination of a team of at least 3 members FX industry, crypto, financial investment experience is not mandatory but would be a great asset Good understanding of the media landscape Excellent at data analysis and logical thinking A marketer with growth hacking mindset Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines OFFER: Competitive remuneration An opportunity to build a company and grow in it Private medical insurance The freedom and flexibility of fully remote work Collaborative and supportive team environment Public holidays in accordance to the Vietnamese calendar
