Hr Recruiter Remote Position

ABC Hosting Ltd. is a company offering hosting services in several languages aimed at regions like Ukraine, Venezuela, Uganda, Nigeria, Poland and United Arab Emirates. We’re currently expanding our services to other countries around the world. Recently, we decided to introduce a new cryptocurrency project creating a new way to gain profit from websites traffic. We don't have physical offices, therefore we're only offering remote positions.

Main responsibilities of the position:
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job applications and onboarding processes)
Supervise the recruiting team and report its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Conduct and manage text-based interviews
Store and analyse records and potential candidates performance
Handle multicultural interviews

Applicants for this position must have:
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager (Junior-to-Senior) or Recruitment Consultant (Senior)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Experience with in-person and/or remote interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Excellent verbal and written communication English skills
Team management skills
Strong decision-making skills
