Your Role and Responsibilities
Los especialistas en TI que ocupen este rol laboral contarán con experiencia en la gestión y el funcionamiento del hardware de IT, software, comunicaciones y/o soluciones de aplicaciones, y en los recursos necesarios para planificar, desarrollar, proporcionar y dar soporte adecuadamente a los productos y servicios de IT sometidos a ingeniería para satisfacer las necesidades de una empresa. El ámbito de actuación de este rol laboral incluye la preparación para servicios nuevos o modificados, la gestión del proceso de cambio y el mantenimiento de los estándares profesionales, legales y normativos, la gestión del rendimiento de los sistemas y servicios en lo que respecta a su contribución al rendimiento empresarial, y la gestión de los servicios adquiridos, incluidos, por ejemplo, los servicios externalizados, las redes privadas virtuales y las redes públicas. Algunos ejemplos típicos de aportaciones son la planificación de contingencias, riesgos y generación de informes de nivel de servicio. Son los especialistas en TI que aplican principalmente sus conocimientos técnicos en un entorno de implementación y servicios facturables de clientes tanto internos como externos.
