The Accenture Marketing + Communications Data & Analytics team delivers high value insights and analytics capabilities that empowers Marketing + Communications (M+C) to be data-driven, deliver relevant experiences, and efficiently operate and optimize for ROI.
This role is focused on unified master data as well as digital analytics data required to deliver accurate reporting, ensuring consistent and accurate data for D&A's core reporting data set. The includes collaboration with relevant data users/marketers, Data & Analytics team members and toolset owners to provide accurate, consistent, and complete master data across all relevant enterprise-wide functions and toolsets. Job Specifications / Responsibilities:
Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the martech toolset architecture delivers the dataset required for marketing plan and performance-based reporting & insights
Ensure the UX and data architecture for M+C MarTech tools support simple, intuitive data entry.
Develop materials and train marketers and data & analytics team members to ensure clean data entry for accurate reporting
Ensure that marketing and data tool owners collaborate to review to ensure data integrity for any proposed changes to the MarTech fields, field values & architecture
Play a critical role in ensuring data quality and integrity by proactively identifying technical data and governance issues and collaborating with appropriate teams to resolve
Adhere to and evangelize data privacy and security compliance policies and procedures including participating in global legal reviews of our digital analytics platforms when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus
8-10+ years data management experience; digital librarian and digital data management qualifications preferred
Digital library sciences expertise required: understanding and experience in data classification, structure, nomenclature, governance and change management
Experience working in a complex, global, corporate environment excellent at adapting to constant change
Expertise in Master Data Management including data governance, taxonomy and data entry best practices
Experience working with digital data entry and analytics tools including SharePoint, Salesforce (MMS), Minitab, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr (Preferred)
Experience in managing large scale migrations ensuring continuity of critical data & analytics reporting
Experience with tool integrations and ensuring that key downstream tool owners across Accenture collaborate in a timely manner to ensure data integrity for any proposed changes to M+C Plan fields, field values & architecture.
Demonstrable skills in understanding key marketing analytics business questions and using that understanding to partner with global BI and Data Management teams on processes and architectures that support analytics needs
High level of computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Data Integrity-based skill sets: data validation, notification, and cleansing
SQL (Preferred)
English language proficiency
