Job Description
· Be the Product Owner and the main stakeholder contact for one of our products and run Implementation through Agile process
· Work closely with your agile team, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that the team delivers effective customer solutions
· Have end-to-end responsibility for improving the product within your team's mission
· Work cross-functionally with consultants, designers, and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features for millions of users
· Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains and their needs
· Work data-driven, collecting information and systematically analyzing user feedback
· Align with your team on goals and KPIs and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog
· Decompose complex problems into clearly articulated objectives
Criteria for Selection
· Deep understanding of Microservice based Product Teams
· Strong sense of accountability and ownership
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· A self-sufficient working attitude and strong analytical skills in order to reflect the priorities of product development while making trade-offs between decisions transparent
· Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way
· Experience working with digital products and technical teams
· To motivate and inspire a cross-functional team in incremental and validated growth
Qualifications - Internal
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Information technology or Engineering
Good to have: Written/Oral Communication in German language
Expertise in following Technical areas is Good to have.
Programming languages: Java/J2EE(Java8 and above), GO, Python, Angular Frameworks: SpringBoot, Gin, Mockito, Junit Public cloud: Microsoft Azure or AWS Microservices architecture : Service Discovery and fault tolerance mechanism Message processing and caching mechanism: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis Terraform and Helm Expertise on API design using OpenApi Standard 3.x API security: OAuth 1.0/2.0Build tools and serves: Maven, Apache Tomcat/Jboss, Jenkins Cloud Technology: Deployment & Hosting of Web services on cloud (Kubernetes) Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Information technology or Engineering
