As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes that align with our organizational goals. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and optimizing our business operations to achieve maximum productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsMake sure all team members are following processes and policies Oversee day-to-day operations, including service delivery, client communication, and staff capacity planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiencyMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvementManage and coach a team of financial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets and objectivesConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsOptimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costsCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial servicesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamProven track record in driving operational excellence and implementing process improvementsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong analytical and numerical abilitiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsProficiency in using operational management software and toolsKnowledge of industry regulations and best practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAttention to detail and a focus on quality and continuous improvement
