We are looking for an expert Software Development Manager to join us. You will lead a team of developers and other technical roles which will oversee core business-oriented software development endeavors.
The ability to plan and outline software projects, identifying possible gaps before they reach critical levels (ideally before the first line of code is written!) and interpreting business needs and translating it to technical specifications is a core competency.
Setting and maintaining the development agenda while overlooking at the team's advances and challenges will a core part of your everyday job.
Responsibilities:
• Directly leading the day-to-day operation of the development team
• Help prioritizing development needs
• Ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Making sure code quality and stability standards are met in each deploy
Requirements:
• Strong Technical Skills
• Strong People Skills
• Fluent in web- and app- oriented languages (NodeJS is a plus!)
• Proficient Project Planning
• Ability to identify shortcomings as soon as they emerge
• Capacity to act swiftly while juggling with several stakeholders
• 4+ years leading development teams
