We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – South Latam to join in Talent Acquisition Team. You are going to deliver recruitment services to individual hiring managers. Handle highly complex searches for open positions. Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
About the Role

In this opportunity as Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Responsibilities: Focal point of Talent Acquisition area in South Latam (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay) Upon receipt of an approved requisition to hire, conducts a consultative intake session with the hiring manager to set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process, validate desired candidate profile, develop sourcing strategy and establish communication protocol with the hiring manager Proactively recommend recruitment strategies and methods to be successful in filling a position Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to obtain an acceptable pool of well-qualified candidates Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to ensure a diverse slate Utilize behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools as needed to screen qualified candidates for a final slate to present to the hiring manager Consult with the hiring manager in making the final candidate selection for an offer Extend and negotiate the offer package Promote and monitor process improvement projects Conduct Onboarding Program Recommend and execute recruitment strategies for intern positions Support actions to improve the Employer Branding Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with candidates, managers and HR team About You
