We create YouTube videos to inform our viewers about upcoming real estate projects, specific neighborhood breakdowns and comparisons, and other lifestyle pieces for events and places to visit all over the city, as well as interview style videos.We are looking for a positive, passionate script writer to join our team and help us execute on our brand strategy to deliver informative, entertaining and "insider" video blogs on a weekly basis, as well as more strategic branding videos to grow our brand exponentially.Your responsibilities will include:- Develop well-structured and engaging scripts that align with the video's concept and goals.- Work closely with the video producers and editors to ensure the script's vision is effectively translated into the final video.- Continuously analyze the performance of videos to identify areas for improvement and incorporate feedback into future scripts.- Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and algorithm changes to maximize video visibility and engagement.- Optimize scripts for search engine optimization (SEO) and audience engagement, including using relevant keywords and hooks.- Infuse each script with powerful hooks and intrigue to captivate the audience's interest from the opening seconds of the video.Ideal Profile- You should have ample experience writing scripts for YouTube for travel, real estate or educational services.- Ideally, you should be attuned to the tone of luxury lifestyle, and a luxury viewership and demographic, so that the scripts reflect the best of what Miami has to offer.Blackbook Properties deals in luxury real estate, so you will be writing with high-end clientele in mind to provide them a chance to be intimately informed on what this city and real estate have to offer.- You love to be a storyteller, with an engaging and targeted approach to crafting content that entertains and provides value while having a conversational and witty tone.- You should be completely comfortable working WITHOUT AI, and not relying on AI to draft scripts.- You should absolutely be familiar with the YouTube landscape, calls to action, best practices when writing for YouTube, and ideally have a background in writing or managing content for a YouTube channel.- Ideally, you live in South Florida, or have lived here for at least 6 months in the last 4 years. Or travel here often.- Most importantly,you really love creating video content that's funny, sophisticated and approachable. And you are able to craft the tone and voice of your scripts for varying talent and audiences.- You will be communicating and working daily with our creative team who are the best at what they do, and there will be considerable back and forth as you work with the creative team and CEO to capture the tone of the CEO, who is currently the face of the brand.
